#PGL – Scouts enjoy residential activity weekend

Date: 4th Oct 2024 Author: Ben Ball

Scouts enjoyed a residential activity weekend at PGL Tregoyd House, near Brecon.

Fortunately the weather held off and we had the opportunity to enjoy canoeing, zip wire, abseiling, climbing, adventure challenge, camp fire and marshmallow toasting, aeroball and archery!

Action packed from start to finish!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
